JOB TITLE: Quality Engineer

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and implement quality inspection procedure including in-coming, in-process and outgoing quality audits.
  • Collect and analyze statistical process control data.
  • Perform process capability studies for new tooling and new set-up in production.
  • Issue, maintain and update quality procedure and ensure proper document control.
  • Assist in vendor/supplier quality management.
  • Handle product quality complaints including international product quality complaints and ensure effectiveness of corrective actions

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or the equivalent experience is required.

SKILLS:

  • Typically a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • Typically more than 3 years of relevant experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • With QS9000 or ISO/TS16949:2002 system knowledge and internal audit skills;
  • Basic statistical knowledge and practice, such as MSA, SPC and process capability assessment;

Quality Assurance Manager – Industrial Supply

JOB TITLE: Business Manager, Quality Assurance - China

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the development, implementation and administration of quality assurance/quality control programs throughout China.
  • Through effective leadership of QA team, ensures consistent levels of product quality and consistency.
  • Ensures that every aspect of the Company’s business processes are suitably oriented toward and built around Company’s principles of total quality in every respect
  • Identifies and qualifies new suppliers against strictly defined standards, such as quality, capacity, safety, cost and delivery.
  • Establishes and maintains quality policies, measurement and monitoring programs, gathers statistical data and evaluates in-house programs and effects of any system changes.
  • Drives supply chain improvements related to shipping costs, product handling, freight consolidation, etc.
  • Works across the region to select, approve, audit and work with suppliers to continually improve on commodity quality and prices.
  • Works to coordinate purchasing from existing China suppliers, as well as works on further increasing China and low cost sourcing of components wherever possible.
  • Performs all duties inherent in the role of a Manager including training, hiring, terminations and development of associates.
  • Fosters company’s Culture in China to ensure unity of purpose and the fulfillment of Company’s Mission.
  • Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.

EHS Engineer / Inspector

JOB TITLE: EHS Engineer / Inspector

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Based on the results of hazard analysis and the company guidelines, develop controls for identified hazards, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies, and procedures. As the actual running, recommend some changes that reflect improved eliminate work place accidents and injuries.
  • Based on the company guide line, set up the emergency response procedure. Direct emergency response team, carry out the regular drill.
  • Guild or customers' requirements, set up, complete and maintain some management systems, example for ISO 14000, RoHS, etc.
  • Direct or assist in the development of specialized healthy, safety and environmental training programs (include the new staff orientation program) and training, publish materials to communicate hazard control information.
  • Conduct EHS Committee meetings and EHS review committee. Survey to identify and evaluate occupational health, safety and environmental conditions; and the hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace. Conduct the regular the EH&S inspection, and provide & follow the improvement suggestions and actions.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret accident, loss, and exposure statistical data and review injury and property damage reports, prepare comprehensive recommendations for corrective action to eliminate or minimize potential hazards. Provide the advice and counsel concerning workers' compensation program as the regulation.
  • Direct environmental compliance programs related to hazardous wastes, air permitting, water pollution control, etc.
  • List the essential occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements to relative dept. and require in relative purchasing and control actions. Recommend the purchase of safety equipment and supplies.

  • Cost management: including new material cost analysis, anti-increase, continuous cost review.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
